All I can say to that is a really good photo-op, because that's all he needs.
The mission was accomplished, all the troops are home now and everything is fine with the world.
Bush doesn't have to report his intelligence/competence/allegiance with anyone. He is the President of the free world and was probably elected democratically, or republicanally. So for anyone who is against his tax cuts or wars or inability to find competent members for his cabinet or utter lack of respect for that torn up rag of a constitution that's outdated anyways, remember, he's the president and by not doing what he says, you are being unpatriotic, and therfore, you are an enemy combatant. Ask anyone in Guantanamo Bay, you don't want to be an enemy combatant in the US, because we stick it way up their asses.
